Return & Refund Policy

At M.Studio, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll help you through the return or refund process. Please read the guidelines below carefully.
- Return Eligibility
A return may be accepted only if the item meets all of the following:
Requested/returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused and uninstalled, in the same condition as received (no wipe marks or signs of handling beyond inspection)
Returned in original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
Includes proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
To protect product quality and safety, we can't accept returns for items that have been used/installed, show wear, scratches, stains, missing components, or have broken/damaged seals.
- Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are generally non-returnable / non-refundable:
Used or installed items
Products labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
Gift cards
Free gifts or promotional items
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Opened consumables/cleaning items (e.g., refill oils, cleaners), where applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (outer box, protective materials, and shipping label)
After review, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund depending on the situation.
- How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns sent without approval/instructions may be refused.
- Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
M.Studio is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or not delivered back to us. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the decision.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing varies by bank/provider)
Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable, except when the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged/incorrect item)
7) Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the estimated processing time:
Check your bank account again
Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

- Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
If the order has shipped, please follow the standard return process after delivery
10) Return Address
All returns must be authorized first. Please request return instructions (e.g., label/shipping requirements) before sending anything back.
