1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee

3) Order Tracking

- It's normal for tracking to update intermittently while the parcel is in transit
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

5) Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing quickly to keep delivery moving.

Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
6) Lost or Damaged Parcels
Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged:
- Email us clear photos of the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery
- We will review and arrange a free replacement when approved
Lost in Transit
If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost:
- We will send a replacement at no additional cost
