Please review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept an order, make changes, or cancel, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases are eligible for return/refund only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

"M.Studio" names, logos, and branding are trademarks of M.Studio or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify's name and branding are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services provided by third parties. We do not monitor or control them and provide them "as is" and "as available," without warranties or endorsements.

M.Studio is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform enabling the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and M.Studio.

By using the Services, you acknowledge Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and M.Studio, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with us.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy practices because our store is hosted by Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.Studio (and our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors), and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages, including incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, or replacement costs), arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

These Terms and any disputes related to the Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where M.Studio is headquartered, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the applicable courts there.
